Backup power systems

HELION offers a line of PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) type fuel cell backup power systems operating in hydrogen / oxygen mode.

The systems may be installed in one or more dedicated premises in a building, or containerized in a specifically adapted container in the case of mobile applications (site, isolated site…). This offers notable advantages:

• High level reliability and rapid start-up
• Simplified maintenance
• Clean, silent, non polluting solutions with water as the only effluent
• Operates entirely independently of the surrounding air quality due to the original HELION H₂/O₂ process.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Nominal capacity from 20 kWe to 80 kWe stabilised direct current
• Consumption of auxiliaries: 10% average of gross capacity
• Unlimited autonomy depends only on gas supplies.

The backup power systems offered by HELION are dimensioned according to customer’s specifications.
